Mission
Articles of Incorporation - no formal articles nor bylaws were ever adopted - According to a document from William E. Long, dated July 9, 1998 relating to a conversation with Penny Wyman, NOSAC has not been incorporated.  It does have a 501(C)(3) status with the IRS.  NOSAC does not file income taxes because its income falls below the necessary threshold for filing. 

Membership Procedures
Meeting Planning - Two meetings are planned each year.  One is in the fall which is for professional development discussions and the other is in the Spring for public policy discussions.  Meeting planning is coordinated by the President with assistance from committee chairs whom he/she appoints.
